Hear From The Originator of PSYCH-K
Rob Williams: Personal History & PSYCH-K Philosophy
(approximately11 minutes)
Robert M. Williams
Rob Williams is the originator of PSYCH-K, the President of the Myrddin Corporation, and the Director of the PSYCH-K Centre International. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Colorado.

For 14 years of his career he worked directly in the Corporate world, with positions in management in the backpacking, energy management and telecommunication fields. During this time he started to experience a spiritual awakening, and eventually decided to move from the Corporate businesses atmosphere towards a life of service as a psychotherapist. He found that the widely accepted traditional forms of counseling philosophy lacked a sense of spiritual depth and overall effectiveness. He decided in turn to study many ancient and contemporary, non-standard modalities that brought about effective change for people. Through his studies he became open to a series of intuitive insights that became the foundation of what is now known as PSYCH-K, originated in 1988.PSYCH-K is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behavior stems from, both constructive and destructive. Its overall purpose is to accelerate individual and global spiritual evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom from the world’s great spiritual and intellectual traditions.

Implementing the practical application of this wisdom in our personal and professional lives brings a deepened sense of purpose and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. PSYCH-K is taught world-wide by Certified PSYCH-K Instructors.
Bruce Lipton
Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD is internationally viewed as a leader bridging together spirit and science. A Stem Cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief, and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a special guest on countless radio and TV shows, as well as being a key note presenter for conferences around the world.

His scientific career originated as a cell biologist. In 1973 he joined the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine after receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville.
Dr. Lipton’s research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focusing on the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior. He and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz developed an experimental tissue transplantation technique, was published in the journal Science and was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering.
In 1982, Dr. Lipton began to examine the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cell’s information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell membrane, revealing that the outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell’s equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, operating though the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, making genes turn on and off.
His discoveries, went against the grain of established scientific views that life is controlled by the genes, presaged one of today’s most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies, defining the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Numerous subsequent papers by other researchers have since validated his concepts and ideas.
Dr. Lipton’s groundbreaking scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions, and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He began to apply this science to his personal biology, and discovered that his physical well-being improved, increasing the quality and character of his daily life.Dr. Lipton wanted to share his award-winning medical discoveries with the public and has done so in school lectures and is a sought after keynote speaker and workshop presenter. His audiences include conventional and complementary medical professionals and lay audiences, sharing about leading-edge science and how it dovetails with mind-body medicine and spiritual principles. He is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology. Dr Lipton’s work summarizing his findings, entitled "The Biology of Belief".

Why PSYCH-K Works
"PSYCH-K® – The Missing Peace in Your Life"
Read this positive review from Amazon below.
“Your reality is created by your “beliefs.” These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong “programming,” and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. Studies in neuroscience indicate that as much as 95% of our consciousness is actually subconscious. It’s the subconscious mind that is the store-house for our attitudes, values, and beliefs. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop behaviors. Usually, it is self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective way to change a behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it. Based on years of split-brain research, also known as Brain Dominance Theory, PSYCH-K provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform beliefs that “sabotage” you into beliefs that “support” you, in any area of your life. Many people harbor self-sabotaging subconscious beliefs in the areas of financial prosperity, self-worth, health and body issues such as weight loss, as well as relationships and career. This book will help the reader discover; why you don’t always do the right thing, even when you know the right thing to do; why trying smarter is better than trying harder; and why changing yourself can change the world. The book is a companion to the PSYCH-K experiential workshops where participants learn specific techniques for changing self-limiting beliefs. The book provides the foundational philosophy and science behind this revolutionary process.”

The book is a wonderful way to gain clarity on and further your understanding of PSYCH-K. It is in no way however a replacement for the formal training and one-on-one work with a certified Instructor. This book is meant to be used as a companion to the PSYCH-K workshops where the processes are taught interactively.
